Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the efficient and secure movement of items onto and off of delivery vehicles
• Organize the movement of products from the receiving point to specific areas within the store to get ready for daily transactions
• Maintain precise inventory levels and ensure proper pricing on shelves
• Utilize forklifts and other necessary machinery for material handling purposes
• Support store operational efficiency through the meticulous stocking, zoning, and organization of merchandise
• Offer outstanding service to clients during freight hours by providing excellent customer care

Required Skills and Experience

• Aptitude for lifting heavy objects and carrying out physical duties for prolonged periods
• While it is helpful to have experience in warehouse or retail freight operations, it is not a strict requirement
• Attentiveness to particulars coupled with a safety-oriented mentality
• Proficiency in organizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Readiness to work early morning, overnight, or weekend shifts as dictated by operational requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• History of working in roles related to shipping, receiving, organizing, or managing inventory
• Competence in forklift and pallet jack operation necessary (training provided)
• Proficient at working alone or in conjunction with others
