Role and Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients in the showroom to grasp their requirements for kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Offer expert advice and customized design recommendations to assist with making informed purchasing choices
• Carry out product showcases, schedule measurement sessions, and guide clients in exploring design choices
• Maintain availability by accurately restocking brochures, samples, and design tools
• Uphold visually appealing and secure special order showcases and maintain store presentation criteria
• Work together with store teams to reach department objectives and uphold The Home Depot’s focus on prioritizing customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience

• Effective communication and exceptional customer assistance abilities are essential
• Feel at ease in a rapidly moving, collaborative retail setting
• Capacity to grasp and utilize Home Depot's design and sales platforms effectively
• Paying close attention and efficiently following through on scheduled appointments and orders
• Training will be given regardless of previous design knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past involvement in retail, client relations, or household enhancement roles
• Understanding of kitchen or bathroom renovation projects
• Experience with fundamental design software or tools is advantageous
